 I met Tammy at an open house that I visited with my sister.  We needed to buy a house because my sister and brother and I were living with my mom and she passed away suddenly.  My mom's house had a reverse mortgage, and we couldn't afford to pay off that reverse mortgage so the bank foreclosed and we had to move out fast!  Tammy found us the perfect house in just one week that was close to the bus station because I dont' drive.  Two years later, we had to sell that house because my brother abandoned the property and I couldn't afford the mortgage on my own.  Tammy listed our house, replaced all the flooring, painted the entire house inside, cleaned the carpets and the landscaping and sold it in just 2 days for more than the property appraised for!    I didn't have anywhere to live while the house was being fixed up for sale, so Tammy let me stay in the spare bedroom at her house!  After I got my money from the sale, she found me a beautiful condo for myself that I absolutely love!  She's incredibly caring and competent!  God bless you, Tammy!

 No way to describe this Realtor!  I mean, she got us an $85,000 discount on a gorgeous home in Riverside!  She put the offer in for us, even though it was $50,000 below the asking price.  The seller didn't take the offer, but Tammy told us to "let it marinate."  After a month, Tammy called the listing agent and asked if his seller had any other offers?  The seller took our offer---yeah $50,000 below asking price---and when we were ready to close escrow the seller surprised us with a $35,000 solar panel lien against the property!  Tammy met with the Sellers and their agent and negotiated for the seller to pay it off!  Okay, $50,000 plus $35,000 solar panel payoff is an $85,000 discount!  Thank you very much TLC!  You are my agent for the rest of my life!
